Hola Mikhail, acuerdate que cambiando el tiempo tienes que usar la forma correcta del verbo ´´to be´´.
Present simple:
There is a City Hall in the middle of the square.
(Allí está el edificio de la municipalidad en el centro de la plaza)
There is a supermarket on the corner of the street.
(Allí está el supermercado en la esquina de la calle)
Watch out, there are dogs walking loose on his yard.
(Cuidado allí están los perros andando sueltos en su patio).
There are picnic tables not far from here, we can stop and rest there.
(Hay unas mesas de picnic cerca de aquí podríamos parar y descanzar alla).
Past Simple:
There was a synagogue on this square before the WW2.
(Se ha encontrado una sinagoga en esta plaza antes de la segunda guerra)
There was a great italian restaurant in the centre of our town, but unfortunately they closed it last year.
(Hemos teniddo una buena restaurante con comida italiana en el centro de nuestro pueblo pero lamentablemente la han cerrado el año pasado.
There were a few more small cinemas in our town, but they bancrupt since they have opened this huge IMAX Cinema.
(Hubieron más cines pequeños en nuestra ciudad, pero han quiebrado desde cuando se ha abierto el cine IMAX).
The old dock were situated here, they moved it more south.
(Los antiguos docks se han encontrado aquí, lo hab movido más al sur).
Future Simple
There will be a new supermarket opened in our neighbourhood.
(Se va a construir un nuevo supermercado en nuestro barrio)
There will be a new wing buit for our school building.
(Se va a construir una parte nueva en el edificio de nuestra escuela)
There will be more parks constructed for the city.
(Se va a construir más parques en la ciudad)
There will be more kids on the playgrounds when it will get warmer.
(Va a aparecer más niños en la cancha cuando el clima se pondrá más templado).
